KHC Offices Closed for Labor Day
Kentucky  Housing Corporation (KHC)  offices will close at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 2, and remain closed on Monday, September 5, 2016, in honor of Labor Day. KHC offices will re-open on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at 8 a.m. ET. Please have a safe and happy holiday.

NOFA Deadline Extended

KHC previously announced a Notification Of Funding Availability (NOFA) to make available a combined total of $19.2 million of KHC's Equity Bridge Loan, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) funds to be used in conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond (TEB) financing. The City of Louisville and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are also making funds available through this NOFA.

The deadline for NOFA responses has been extended from Thursday, September 15, to Friday, September 30, 2016.

The NOFA is available on KHC's website, under Development; Multifamily; Applications, Guidelines, and Scoring, under the Application and Scoring dropdown. NOFA responses must be submitted through the Universal Funding Application. Applicants should select the "2016 TEB NOFA."

Also, the 2016 NOFA Underwriting Model and Portfolio Summary are available under the Application Attachments dropdown.

Kentucky CAPER
The draft Kentucky Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)  is prepared by KHC and the Department for Local Government (DLG) and is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development. The CAPER details how the state utilized block grant funds allocated for federal fiscal year 2015. The  CAPER will be available for public review and comment Saturday, September 10, through Saturday, September 24, 2016. Written comments will be accepted, addressed, and, where applicable, incorporated into the document. A summary of comments will be submitted to HUD.
