KISMET FARMS ANNOUNCES NEW FACILITY
Martinez, CA April 25, 2017- After 23 years, Tracy Bowman and Jolie Wentworth of Kismet Farms announced today that they have officially relocated to a new facility in Martinez, California as of March 31, 2017.

The new facility, which boasts expansive access to watershed land for hacking off of its 44-acre parcel, is conveniently located in Contra Costa County in close proximity to San Francisco. Boarders at the new location at 1050 Periera Road in Martinez will enjoy a professional and friendly atmosphere and amenities including a 40-stall barn, large indoor arena, outdoor arena, turnouts, permanent pastures with shelters, and convenient parking.

Kismet Farms looks forward to hosting events such as Young Rider camps, clinics, and opportunities for local Dressage, Show Jumping, and Driving shows, as well as schooling combined tests for Eventing. Dates for these events will be scheduled as soon as a summer expansion of the facility is completed in the next few months. Plans are in the works to fully refinish the 200x300 outdoor arena with all-weather footing, and the facility will be renovated to include additional stabling with large paddocks, a new rider lounge, and a eurociser. A new water jump and cross country derby course will also be constructed, and facilities for additional local trainers will all be available following this construction.

“This is a very exciting time for us,” said Jolie Wentworth. “To have our own facility, and to be able to create it to include features which maximize training capabilities for top riders and also allow riders of all levels to enjoy themselves, is a dream come true. When we complete our renovations, there will not be anything else quite like it in the Bay Area.”

Longtime head trainer of Kismet Farms Tracy Bowman also expressed her excitement, saying, “We feel fortunate to have found a facility like this one in such a terrific location. The large land access will allow riders here to properly condition and prepare for top-level events as well as enjoy trail riding and amazing amenities.”

Kismet Farms will be accepting new clients in both their lesson-based and professional programs. Those interested in boarding and training opportunities with Bowman and Wentworth at their new facility can contact them via email at kismetfarms1@gmail.com.
