Friday Night Drinks on August 17
Mark it in your calendar - Friday August 17 at The Croft Institute, 21 Croft Alley in the CBD. Have you ever been to a cocktail bar themed around a science lab? The official start time is 6pm, however Karl will be there early holding a space for us, so arrive any time from 5pm. 
New online waiver forms
Thanks to those who have filled out the new online waiver form. If you run on a Tuesday night with us, you will need to complete the new form over the next few weeks as we change over to this system (so we can discard years of old forms). The form can be found at  www.bit.ly/gunnies or by scanning this code:

Weekly Run Info
Tuesday night runs are 5km or 3.5km. Cost is $5 which includes a free beer or wine afterwards. Meet at the Limerick Arms at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start. Stay around for a meal afterwards. Public transport to Limerick Arms is tram no. 12 (stop no. 129) or tram no. 1 (stop 24).

If you are up for a trip to Sydney there is the Sydney 'City2Surf' on August 12, then the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival on September 16.
If you prefer something closer, there are some beautiful runs coming up: Harvest Run in the Yarra Valley on September 22, Run the Maine at Castlemaine on October 7, Echuca 'Sweat vs Steam' on October 21, and Four Vines Running Festival at Nagambie on November 4.
