FAQ's we get asked many times from some of our new customers, our existing customers, over the phone or in person....
Q: I practiced at BSG over the summer and was able to "walk-in" & get my favorite bay but now it seems so much busier and I sometimes can't get the bay I want?
YES- in the summer it slows a bit and walk-ins are possible. Usually from Dec to April we fill and fill fast!We suggest during those months to make tee times-not mandatory but makes sense so you can practice in the bay you want to use!
Q: I could not book the simulator (or a lesson) for today online -I thought you had online booking?
Yes, we do but NOT for the same day because we want to make sure the bay or PGA pro is absolutely available. The bay might become quickly unavailable because sometimes people stay longer in the bay, people do walk-in and play or people switch where they want to practice. So to avoid double bookings and for staff planning- we just don't allow the bays to be booked online for the current day, please call us instead.
Q: I tried to book the simulator (or Gc2 etc) next weekend and no time pops up as available-WHY?
Usually this happens because it is already booked, so call us and we can see about other options.
Q: I booked the simulator for 2 hours on Saturday and a deposit was required but last week I played by myself for an hour -and no deposit was requested-WHY?
We require deposits for tee times of 2 hours and more. In the past, we have had too many No Shows -so we now require deposits.

:Do you serve food/drink?No- when we opened our doors over 10 years ago and wanted to focus on GOLF! not food.This allows us to put our energy into our facility for golf practice, training and lessons. Food/Drink is allowed, so please feel free to bring your own-many people do. There are lots of great food places in the immediate area that do takeout & delivery, much better than we could.
