If death is inevitable, why is discussing it socially taboo? Let’s make time to talk about it! Join us to eat cake, drink tea, and discuss death. Through open conversation, we aim to increase awareness of death and help people make the most of their lives. Our discussion will have no agenda, objectives, or themes. Please note this is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session. Presented with Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society.

The book for March/April is We Are All Made of Molecules by Susin Nielsen
This laugh-out loud story is about a 13 year old brilliant but socially-challenged Stewart and mean-girl Ashley. Two years after Stewart’s mom died, Stewart's dad marries Ashley's mom. Stewart is trying to be 89.9% happy about it, but Ashley is 110% horrified. She already has to hide why her dad moved out and “Spewart” could further threaten her position at the top of the social ladder. They are complete opposites, but they have one thing in common: they, like everyone else, are made of molecules.
