UCC Ministry Opportunities

The UCC Ministry Opportunities website is not only for ministers in search of their next call! Opportunities for young adults to be the Church in the world are also listed on UCC Ministry Opportunities in collaboration with the Young Adult Service Communities (YASC) and Summer Communities of Service (SCOS) programs. The YASC and SCOS (UCC/Alliance of Baptist) help to prepare young adults, including some Members in Discernment, for prospective congregational leadership and service in a community agency setting. Food stipend and housing are provided. The application period usually runs November to April.

Pilgrim Hills
Pilgrim Hills Documentary

The Ohio Conference UCC and Affirm Camp have partnered with a team of filmmakers from Trinity UCC in Canton to produce a documentary centered on the last summer at Pilgrim Hills. The film will capture the last summer from a variety of perspectives while telling the history of Pilgrim Hills as well. Affirm Camp is leading a fundraising effort to secure $12,000 needed for this project. They have already secured $2,500 in pledges. Help capture the essence of Pilgrim Hills through the history, beauty, laughter, singing and memories of so many.
