Please join us on Tuesday, November 7th to honor the brilliant legacy of the late James Beard, whose life and work continues to elevate culinary art throughout America and the world.

The opportunity to partner with the James Beard Foundation calls for us to present a dining event marked by the utmost creativity and imagination and the finest ingredients available.

White truffles from Alba, for example. As they enter their peak season in November, so too does Naples enter a festive season marked by extraordinary culinary events.

Inspired by this happy coincidence,  Chef Fabrizio Aielli, co-owner of Sea Salt with his wife, Ingrid, explored
James Beard's relationship with truffles and discovered a book of Beard's collected letters entitled, "Love and Kisses and a Halo of Truffles."

James Beard's letters and recipes make numerous references to truffles as delicacies to be enjoyed in as many dishes as the imagination can conjure.

Our "Halo of Truffles" dinner will continue the tradition. Chef Fabrizio is gathering together his culinary team, vintners, truffle hunters from Italy, and James Beard Foundation leadership to create a memorable event that begins the Naples season on the highest note.

Sea Salt's dining venues include an covered courtyard overlooking Naples' Third Street South, a hip bar, main dining room, and semi-private dining areas. A stunning, architectural wine display features one of Naples' top collections, overseen by a dedicated sommelier who also curates an extensive wine-by-the-glass program and signature cocktail menu. An open kitchen allows diners to witness the creativity of the culinary team.
