West Park Kiwanis Club Offers Spaghetti Dinners Tomorrow Evening for a Good Cause

Founded in 1927, the Kiwanis Club of West Park has a rich history of providing support to numerous community projects including Meals on Wheels , the Cleveland Heroes Run , the West Park Family YMCA , Fairview Hospital , the West Park Historical Society , and more. The club sponsors and runs the Kamm's Corners Independence Day Parade , too.

Help support the fine work of the club by bringing your family and friends to the spaghetti dinner tomorrow, Saturday, February 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Cretan Party Center, 3853 West 168th Street. Details are in the flyer.

The Hooley on Kamms Corners™ Returns
Vendors & Artists May Apply Now

West Park's Homecoming Celebration, The Hooley on Kamms Corners™, features great food, live music, children's shows & activities, Irish dancers, pipes & drums, and more. The seventh annual event runs from noon to 8 p.m. on Lorain Avenue between Rocky River Drive and West 165th Street on Saturday, May 14.

All West Park business owners are invited to participate, including new businesses, home-based businesses, and non-profit organizations. This is a prime opportunity to showcase your business directly to some 30,000 visitors at this popular community event.

Completed applications and vendor fees must be received in our office by March 31. Details and online information are accessible on our website here.

Cleveland Bazaar, Northeast Ohio's longest-running indie hand-made event, is partnering with The Hooley on Kamm's Corners™ to curate a handmade arts and crafts event inside The Hooley™-- and it will be even larger than last year's footprint. This is a juried event, and all applicants must be accepted by Cleveland Bazaar to participate. No mass-made items will be accepted. Artist applications are available here.

The West Park Early Childhood PTA presents Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, March 12,

Join "Jig and Jog," a 5k race and 1-mile walk through Kamm's Corners on Saturday, March 19, at 10 a.m. The event begins and ends at West Park Station, 17015 Lorain Avnue. It is the host and title sponsor of the event, which benefits the River's Edge Women's Outreach Center on Rocky River Drive. Register online here.  

The West Park Historical Society presents a talk on the Cleveland Bomber Plant given by historian Bill Meixner on Tuesday, March 22 at 7 p.m. at the Cretan Party Center, 3853 West 168th Street. The event is free, but donations to the historical society are appreciated.
