Dear Hospitality Professionals,

We are extending a great opportunity for students this year.  Please forward this notice to your network and encourage students to apply to volunteer at the 2015 Governor's Conference.  It is fantastic, hands-on learning!

Benefits and Duties

We are looking for motivated student volunteers for the 2015 Governor's Conference on Hospitality. As a student volunteer, you are the face of the conference, assisting chairs, speakers, and attendees in making the conference a success. Your duties include setting up the conference infrastructure, manning the registration desk, assisting speakers, helping conference attendees, and cleaning up after the conference.

In return you will get free conference registration and materials, free meals and most importantly, a chance to meet and network with established members in the travel and tourism community as well as your student peers.

Arriving and Leaving

As a Student Volunteer you pay for your own travel to and from the conference and any meals that are not provided as part of the conference. You need to arrive in Santa Fe on Sunday, April 26, 2015 (the before day of the conference) and leave on or after Wednesday, April 29, 2015 (the day the conference ends).

Lodging

Lodging will be provided.  Students will be required to provide the hotel establishment with a credit card for incidentals.
