This week with Rabbi Kinberg

Call  me-I want to be a part of your health and wellness team.

Dear Kol Ami members,
Here is your regular reminder that your Rabbi is here for you. We all, I hope and pray, have a team of people who help uplift and support us through life. Your Rabbi is available to be a part of that team-do not overlook all the ways Kol Ami and what we offer can be value added in your life.
Please know if you ever need to talk, need counsel or guidance or just a place to sit quietly with someone-I am here. This is my job. To be here for you. To listen. To offer advice when asked. To help provide Jewish tools and teachings for making life amazing. I am not a therapist or a psychologist. I am just one more person in your life who you can count on as part of your health and wellness team. My area of speciality is Judaism; spiritual practice and family dynamics, death and dying, healing and illness and Jewish learning as a path for healing. But really I am willing and able to meet with you to discuss anything.
Reaching out can be hard. Please know you are not alone. Addiction, depression and anxiety, self harm are all on the rise in our society. Spirituality, practice, community and connection are some of the most important antidotes to this crisis of unhappiness and lack of contentedness. Therefore never forget: Kol Ami and your Rabbi are on your side, part of your team of cheerleaders for a good, sound, enjoyable balanced life.

Many blessings,
Rabbi Kinberg
