This week with Rabbi Kinberg

This week my family will be traveling to Los Angeles for a long weekend. We are going for fun, and for work. Monday and Tuesday Seth and I will be studying at Beit Teshuva, the only Jewish in-patient addiction recovery center in the United States. We will be taking part in continuing education on addiction and the rabbinate. Please go to the Beit Teshuva website to learn more about this organization. I will be sharing some of what I learn next Friday night. No Supper Club this week but next Shabbat 1/27/18 we will be dining in at Mediterranean Kitchen in Kirkland. Yum!

This Shabbat please join in and welcome our guest Rabbi, James Mirel, who will be giving the sermon and leading the service with his daughter Chava Mirel. I am sorry to miss this service myself, as Rabbi Mirel and I worked side by side for 11 years in Bellevue. He is a shining rabbinic presence in our community, the longest Rabbi to serve our Seattle area community!

Have a wonderful Shabbat!

Many blessings,
Rabbi Kinberg
