ANNOUNCEMENTS
Thank you all who participated in the KS APA Symposium! It was a wonderful way to showcase the sustainable efforts led and being worked on by LARCP faculty, students and alumni throughout Manhattan. Nice work, Huston!

And, thank you to all for your attention to our faculty candidates during their interviews last week. Your time was an important investment in our future and your sustained enthusiasm for the process during a long week is very appreciated!
OUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Associate Professor Katie Kingery-Page assisted in securing a $10,000 gift from Fred, BLA '60, and Judy Henley to support the Meadow at the Beach Art Museum. The Henley's will be on campus this week and Fred will present on his career as a landscape architect in the public sector, Friday, March 13, 10 am, S105. The presentation is open to all, 


 

Assistant Professor Alpa Nawre published
an article ' Troubled Waters: Talaab System in India' in Issue 43 of the Journal of Landscape Architecture, India. More information is available here

Final deadline to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at SER's 6th World Conference on Ecological Restoration extended until Friday, March 20. 

The APDesign membership to EDRA offers a reduced individual membership rate of $125 to our faculty (a $50 discount). You may use this as your one membership covered by the Dean or, if you have already used that benefit, use your RSCA funds to pay for the membership.
