STUDENT CONNECTION 12.18.14

As we all celebrate the holidays and prepare for the new year, our department wishes each of you a winter break filled with opportunities for celebration, reflection and, most importantly, rest. We especially wish the 4th year students safe and successful internships and international study while you are away from campus next semester. We look forward to hearing about your experiences!

Please stay safe over the break. As always, remove items you care about from your workspaces; double check that you have locked every door and window; and, wherever you are over the break, take care.

See you in 2015! Stephanie

ANNOUNCEMENTS

To allow additional students to participate, the May 18-31, 2015 Kansai Japan Study Abroad program application date remains open through Jan 12, 2015. Click here for more information and contact Lee Skabelund (lskab@ksu.edu) if interested at least a week before Jan 12.

Students off-campus Spring 2015:

The end of this semester is coming up fast. It is necessary for you to return your studio key and check out of your studio desk before the end of the semester. If you purchased your white desk top, you may want to store it in our closet. If it is our desk top, please leave it on the desk. After you have removed your personal belongings from the desk completely, contact Jody so that she may check you out at your desk. You will return your studio key at that time as well.

End of semester studio clean up:

1)  Be sure that all trash and recyclables are in the appropriate containers before you leave for winter break.

2)  Remove everything hanging from the wire trays (except for drop down electrical outlets) and remove all paper from windows.
