of Piemonte regional cuisine will be unveiled by Chef Donato Scotti
for a special night of wine pairings

WHAT: Braida is an icon in Piemonte. Braida has
taken Barbera to heights never previously achieved, making Barbera
one of the truly great wines of Piemonte and Italy. Braida will
provide their a full line up of their wines including multiple
vintages of the world's most famous Barbera, the iconic Bricco
dell'Uccellone, and their top of the line bottling Ai Suma and
limited production crus paired with Donato's Piemontese tasting
menu.
