LDC Footprint to Include Williamsburg County
In an effort to serve a greater need, the LDC has expanded its service area to include Williamsburg County. With the new addition, now you can apply for a small business loan from a total of five counties, including Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, and Colleton.
New Loan Officer for LDC
The LDC is pleased to announce Paul Featheringill as a new loan officer with the organization. Paul spent five years as a loan officer with the City of Columbia and brings a wealth of experience in lending and economic development to the position. Other experience includes serving as Sr. Program Mngr. with the SDRA, and he holds both an M.A. in Political Science and an MPA from UGA as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the UofSC. Originally from Charleston, Paul's joining the LDC allows him to fulfill a personal dream to return to the lowcountry, and the LDC couldn't be happier to have him. Welcome, Paul!
