Join Landmarks Illinois' Real Estate and Building Industries Council (RBIC) on Tuesday, July 25 at the Bush Temple of Music to present Cedar Street with our 2017 RBIC Award in recognition of its historic restoration projects across Chicago.
Cedar Street Companies recently rehabilitated the historic Bush Temple and transformed the building into micro-unit apartments. Designed by architect J.E.O. Pridmore in 1901, Bush Temple once housed the headquarters and showroom of the Bush and Gerts Piano Company. The new, 101 apartment units in the restored Bush Temple feature modern luxuries while still retaining much of their historic character and charm.
