Member Success
Congratulations to Lesa Roberson as our March Member of the Month.  She has been with LIFT for almost a year and has plugged herself into group fitness.  She's excited and willing to try anything Jordan puts on the schedule!  We are so happy that because of your commitment to moving and staying active that she felt like should take on one of her dreams: adopting a child!   She said that without LIFT, that she would have never been able to lose the weight and feel good enough to take on that opportunity.  We are so ecstatic that LIFT has been a contributing factor for this new page in her life!  Good luck to Lesa and Greg as they dive into this new endeavor and congratulations for showing us that you're never too old to play!  We can't wait to have another little LIFTer with us!

Try Bag Training this month! Jordan takes Kickboxing to a whole new level.  In this small group training class, you will learn technique, form, and punching/kicking combos.  This class is offered twice a week and is limited to 8 people per class.  For more information contact [email protected]

For National Nutrition Month ®  2016, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages everyone to learn how to "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right" while still following a healthy eating pattern. M ake an effort to cut back on food and beverages high in added sugar, sodium and saturated fats. Take the time to find creative, healthful and nutritious ways to add flavor to food.
