Good Morning Everyone -

1984, classic year for movies, music, sci-fi books and four pizza-loving turtles were was introduced.

Now, 30 years later in 2014, new comics are still being produced. The newest team comic that drops this week is written by one of our pullbox subscription customers: JAMES ASMUS. He's the same guy that wrote Gambit, Quantum & Woody and others. Now he is debuting his new Valiant comic: The Delinquents #1. He will be at Golden Apple to sign copies THIS SATURDAY AT 1PM. 

Next week, we will be rewinding the clock back to 1979 when Golden Apple first opened for a sidewalk sale with 35 CENT (new) comics! Plus, we will have an amazing opportunity to see one of the coolest things ever: 
a LIFE-SIZED DR. WHO DALEK SPEAKER! This is not only a moving, talking replica, but it is also the loudest bluetooth speaker ever!
 

The reason we will be showing off this to all the WHOvians is to promote that GOLDEN APPLE WILL EXCLUSIVELY BE SELLING SMALLER PERSONAL BLUETOOTH DALEK & TARDIS SPEAKERS IN TIME FOR EVERYONE ON YOUR HOLIDAY SHOPPING LIST!
