Mobile and Accurate
Paradigm, zeitgeist and crossing the Rubicon are overused phrases. Often we use them to neatly package up ideas that scare us a little. We all accept things are changing faster and that disruptive innovation is an opportunity and a threat to our business models. When you look at it from the individual's perspective, things can seem more chaotic in the short term and this can hide the long term trends that change the way we live. To use another cliché, our work-life balance is something we all use to cope with change.

A few years ago it would have made perfect sense to anyone if you said you couldn't do something because you were out of the office. These days many would think of that as a weak excuse. Today our clients and colleagues expect the same quality of deliverables wherever we are, and we all know it. They assume we have access to everything we need to know to deliver error free output. This creates some positive pressure - to have all our information and tools available to us when we're mobile - and some negative pressure - to take risks, work around controls, and cut corners to meet expectations and serve clients.

At Litéra we believe that good should prevail, that mobile workers and working should be supported by tools that deliver everything you would have in the office in ways that work on mobile devices. This is the only way you can deliver timely, accurate and quality results regardless of location.  In addition, we know that you need better protection when working mobile. In short our software makes it easy for you to do the right thing wherever you are....

Cross that Rubicon, disrupt the establish paradigm and create a new zeitgeist.  We'll be there with you every step of the way.

CitationWare®

If you're an attorney, paralegal, or legal support staff it's likely you have written, compiled, and/or created a Table of Authorities or TOA.  It is possible to compile this list by hand but it takes an inordinate amount of time and the list can change (with the relevant page numbers) throughout the drafting process for the brief. The time between brief completion and trial is valuable, don't spend it scanning and building your TOA.
Benefits of Technology Assisted Document Review

Document review is a crucial phase in any drafting or collaboration process. To have complete confidence in the integrity and accuracy of our content, we need to ensure we identify any and all differences between versions. The editorial process requires a backward movement before forward progress.

Litera® has separate mobile apps (available on both iOS and Android) for our Litera Secure File Transfer® and Litera SYNC® products. Based on customer feedback we have taken a different, more unified approach with our iOS app for 2016. The new mobile app has been completely redesigned and the single app can now be used by customers of Litera Secure File Transfer® or Litera SYNC®, or both. Customers of both products will benefit from having integration of the products as part of the same workflow. The new combined app has a cleaner look, better performance, it uses fingerprint authentication to secure the content, and will be available for all iOS devices.
