Dear Friend,

Recently on Sunday nights Pastor Bryan, Covenant Assembly of God, led the youth group through a multi-week series he titled "What is Normal?"

They went through a story in 1 Kings 18:16-46 when Elijah met with Ahab regarding the disobedience of God's people. They had begun to follow Baals (little "g" gods) and put their gods to the test against the God of Elijah. When they found that Elijah's God was real, they left the Kishon Valley and all of their old ways for Jezreel.

Pastor Bryan related this to the lives of our residents.  The old normal is their previous habits and lifestyles while the new normal is a God-honoring life. This has been a very impactful series for our young ladies.

While here at Main Place Youth, our young ladies are learning to live into a new normal as followers of Jesus Christ.

I want to thank you and all of the wonderful people who are faithful with prayers, time, talents, and financial support to Main Place Youth, where you help to touch lives and restore families.
