4-H Camp Counselors are needed for for the 2018 Regional 4-H Camp scheduled for June 19th-21st in Morris. Must be 7th grade or older to apply.
 
All youth in grades 3-6 are invited to the 2018 Regional 4-H Camp scheduled for June 19th-21st in Morris.
 
An exciting day is being planned on Saturday, February 24th from 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at SMSU, Marshall. This is open to all 4-H screened adult volunteers!
 
The 2018 Southwest Animal Science Challenge will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, in Wabasso, Minnesota. This event will include horse and livestock project bowl competitions, hands-on skill-a-thon stations, and workshops on a variety of topics. 4-H'ers can attend as a project bowl team, or as an individual
 
Associate dean and state 4-H director Dorothy Freeman celebrates the connection between 4-H and healthy choices in young people. Two 4-H members' stories are featured and you're invited to share your own healthy living story.
 
Plan to attend the 2018 Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) trip to Washington DC!
Minnesota 4-H youth in grades 9-13 are invited to strengthen their communication, leadership, and citizenship skills at a national level by attending Citizenship Washington Focus in Washington D.C. from June 23-30, 2018. Registration will open Feb. 1, and close when all spaces have been filled, or by Feb. 28, whichever comes first.
 
The 2018 Building Leadership & Understanding (BLU) leadership retreats will be held in five different locations across the state during the month of February. BLU is a great opportunity for youth in 6th grade and above to meet youth from across their region and learn about leadership too!
 
Starting in 2018 the 4-H Engineering Design Rube Goldberg Challenge will include high school youth in grades 9 to one year after high school. The 2018 challenge will be to "plant a seed and water the seed".
 
Jerry Ludwig has been chosen as Minnesota's 4-H Salute to Excellence Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer.
 
Crissy Otting of Clearwater County honored as Volunteer of the Year
Crissy Otting has received the Minnesota 4-H Salute to Excellence Volunteer of the Year Award.
