Update from Lacerta Bio

It's early April, but we're already gearing up for BIO 2012 in Boston (#BIO2012). While it seems early, the reality is that a lot of formal and informal meetings are "scheduled" looooong in advance of the conference. This year is no different. Will you be there?

We recently discussed on our blog the implications of two interesting transactions (Flamel/Eclat & NicOx/Alticor). In our post, we discuss what we think are three important implications stemming from these two deals.

Late last year, we were privileged to present an hour-long talk entitled Working with External BD&L Consultancies. Since then, we have taken the talk and turned it into a series of posts that will appear on our web site.

Our fourth installment discusses geography and bandwidth, with an emphasis on how these issues can negatively impact transactional velocity.

Our US-based client has developed production cell lines ready for the scale up and manufacturing of biosimilar versions of five leading monoclonal antibodies. Our client is seeking customers for these cell lines on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis.

Contact us for additional information and details.

BIO2012 in Boston is coming. Will you be there? Contact us at info@lacertabio.com or @LacertaBio to schedule an appointment with us.
If you are in the San Francisco area on April 18, and would like to know more about early-stage clinical trials in India, you are invited to a social event.

At this event, you will learn about the fundamentals of executing early and late stage clinical studies in India and some Southeast Asian countries.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your consulting, business development, strategic partnership, and/or licensing needs. You will find that our business model is flexible, focused, and highly tailored to your needs. Email us with your questions or comments at info@lacertabio.com, or follow us on Twitter @LacertaBio
