Rekindling the Flame sparks revival
June 30 - July 3, 2011 Since 1913, lay leaders have gathered at Lake Junaluska each summer for ministry and fellowship. From June 30 - July 3, 2011, laity are invited to "Rekindling the Flame of the Laity Conference." "We want to give laypersons and their families the opportunity to grow in the Christian faith and experience the faith of their mission to the world," Rev. Bill Appleby stated. Appleby, along with other volunteers from across the SEJ, is helping organize the conference.
