Lake Nona Middle School proudly offers competitive team sports in soccer, basketball, volleyball, and track & field. Our sports vary based upon the school year quarters, beginning first with soccer. Soccer try-outs will be held the first week of school here at LNMS.

In order to try-out for any athletic team, students must complete the forms below and have a 2.0 GPA. LNMS students across all grade levels are encouraged to try-out for our athletic teams.

Knight Summer Happenings!

PTSA

Outside of the hard work from our Knights and the superior daily commitment from their teachers, another reason LNMS earns an 'A' grade from the Florida Dept. of Education year-after-year is we have been blessed to have a very active PTSA. The PTSA is vital to our middle school's success.

As the first day of school approaches, we hope YOU are getting ready to play an active role in supporting LNMS and your child's educational experience. At LNMS, we believe an involved parent is an aware, engaged parent. Parent participation drops off dramatically in middle school and now is the time to get involved to get an "inside" view of your child's school life.

PTSA supports school functions and dances, teacher grants, technology upgrades and so much more. Recently, the acquisition of 8 new iPads to support the classrooms was funded solely through PTSA. But we can't do it without generous memberships and donations from you.

Your involvement is crucial and the time is NOW! Join PTSA via our website . . . no meeting attendance or volunteering is required but always encouraged!
