The Colorado Golf Association, with support from the Allied Golf Associations of Colorado, will be hosting a two-day Rules Workshop concurrent with the 2017 Denver Golf Expo.

Major General Ryan F. Gonsalves, Division Commander, 4th Infantry Division & Fort Carson has been added to the list of presenters for the 2017 G4 Summit.  MG Gonsalves assumed command of 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson May 14, 2015.  He will speak on Mentoring Those Behind Us.

Aubrey McCormick and Gina Rizzi will present on "Learn how to Grow the Game while Promoting Whole Value Sustainability Best Management Practices through Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting."

David Phipps, the Northwest Region Field Staff Representative for the GCSAA will be one of the featured speakers at the G4 Summit.  Phipps will present on on the First Green Foundation,  an innovative environmental education outreach program using golf courses as environmental learning labs - the only program of its kind in the world. 

The process to submit your name for consideration for the Colorado PGA Board of Directors is now open. The membership in attendance at the March 27, 2017 Spring Membership Meeting will be electing three (3) new Colorado PGA Members to replace our outgoing Board of Directors this coming October. Each newly elected Board Member will serve a three (3) year term beginning this October 16th, 2017 at the Section's Fall Membership Meeting and ending three (3) years later at the same meeting.

The nomination process for 2017 Colorado PGA Special Awards is underway.  Nominations can be made by PGA Professionals for any award.

The deadline to submit nominations is March 3, 2017.

The PGA of America and Colorado PGA Scholarship programs provide college scholarships for children and grandchildren of PGA Members. It encourages and promotes the attainment of higher educational goals for the children and grandchildren of PGA Members, based on evidence of a high level of academic achievement during high school or college.

Membership registration for the 2017 JGAC season is now open! Juniors may sign up for membership today to access 2017 playing opportunities, off-season education information, and other member benefits. 

On Tuesday, the USGA, Masters Tournament and the PGA of America officially launched the 2018 Drive, Chip and Putt Championship by announcing the local qualifying schedule for the program's fifth year.
