Yes! Mitra loves our studio and we love Mitra! She has an amazing background in yoga. You won't want to miss out on all of her Thursday night yoga classes. Warrior Dash Channahon, IL 2012

This weekend I had the distinct pleasure of running the Warrior Dash 2012 with my 15 year old daughter and three amazing friends whom I met through the studio: Eileen, Jim & Bobbi.
The Warrior Dash is a muddy, messy, 5K army-style obstacle course taking courage and plain craziness to do! I did this two years ago with the above friends minus my 15 year old. It was just as challening this time around but a TON of fun with a great sense of accomplishment (and thinking "Thank God!) when finished.
It was discussed on the drive home that unless I had the studio, none of us would have ever met and became such great friends. It makes the day in and day out stresses of running a studio WELL WORTH IT! I'm very grateful. We really had a great time and more importantly, made some positive memories that will last a lifetime. A lot of laughter shared. I've heard several stories from our studio participants about how they've met someone in class and became very good friends. I'm very grateful for the friendships I've made and to hear the stories of friendships made. The above experience is another reason why you should come to classes. It benefits your life in so many positive ways. Ways in which you may not even realize or be able to predict. Pilates Plus is a small enough environment that you really get to know one another should you choose. There are so many friendly faces here. Our instructors are passionate and supportive and we find that our guests are so wonderful and supportive right back. It's such a wonderful experience to have you in classes and to see you doing something great for yourself. Keep it up!
