We know many of our clients follow travel trends along with us and have noticed that airfares from major cities to Paris for the fall and winter months are the lowest they have been in years. Some of our most interesting apartments have great availability for the autumn and even the holiday periods. The shopkeepers and restaurateurs have their arms open for visitors, and the cultural and culinary capital of the world continues to innovate.
Consider an escape from the retail frenzy of the holiday season and retreat to
Quai de Montebello for a week or two. This perfect little flat is open
November 12 to January 13 and provides a lovely home for a couple in an ancient and charming quartier with views on Notre Dame.
Two of our larger apartments, for families or for one or two couples, also have interesting dates available. They're both in ideal locations for exploring, shopping and dining.

The apartment is then open
October 13 to November 9
. October is still the high-season rate, but November 1-9 would be $5,880 per week.
November 27 to January 30
is also open. The first part of that period is at that low-season rate of $5,880 with a discount available.
Starting December 16 the holiday price of $8,500 per week goes into effect until January 7, with no discount available. The January 7-30 period would be back at low-season and discounted.
A long-time favorite of Just France clients,
Square de la Tour Maubourg is available starting
October 15 and the owners are keeping the same rate through the holiday period this year. A surcharge may apply for an arrival on a holiday or an adjacent Sunday. With the rue du Cler market right around the corner, even the most blustery Paris winter day can be remedied by a few stops at the local vendors for fixings for a hearty lunch or dinner to prepare back in the warm apartment.
For larger groups, it is time to think about Summer 2017. We have a handful of especially special properties that always book up early for the high season. These are the only dates available at these popular properties in July and August, so please contact us right away if one of them catches your eye.
