Have You Paid Your Annual Fees Invoice?
Avoid Late Fees!
Staff Contact: Ruth Crump, ruth@coaemsp.org

The annual fee was due July 1 and is considered late if not postmarked by July 31. To avoid additional processing fees, payment is due on or before July 31.

Programs received an invoice for Annual Accreditation Fees in the amount of $1,700 during the week of May 1. This invoice came from Ruth Crump ( ruth@coaemsp.org).

If you did not receive an invoice, first, check your spam folder to see if the invoice ended up there; if not, notify Ruth: ruth@coaemsp.org, so that she can email it to you immediately.

The July 1 due date for the invoice applies to ALL programs that either hold CAAHEP accreditation or the CoAEMSP Letter of Review, or are working toward the LoR.

NOTE: An Additional Processing Fee invoice of $500 will be sent the first week in August for past due Annual Accreditation Fees and Annual Satellite Fees.

The CoAEMSP does not waive processing fees. Do not delay; pay today!

Attention Satellites! Do You Understand the Requirements for Satellite Locations & Classes?

Staff Contacts: Lynn Caruthers, lynn@coaemsp.org

Some programs are under the impression that having its satellite location and class approved once is enough. Not true!

The completed Request for Approval must be submitted in advance of the beginning of class, and for each cohort matriculated for each satellite location.

A new form is now used for the Request for Approval instead of via SurveyMonkey! Be sure to use the new form!

Failure to obtain prior CoAEMSP approval for each location/class may result in the graduates from the location/class not being eligible for the national examination for the Paramedic.

Questions about this form and the approval process may be directed to Lynn Caruthers at 214-703-8445, x115 or lynn@coaemsp.org.

Change in Personnel Update
Staff Contacts: Lynn Caruthers, lynn@coaemsp.org or Ruth Crump, ruth@coaemsp.org

A Personnel Change form and supporting documentation must be submitted.

Effective July 1, 2017, failure to notify the CoAEMSP within the times prescribed in CoAEMSP Policies and Procedures, Policy XV, Personnel Changes, will be assessed a fee of $100.
