THANKS FOR MAKING #MORNINGMATTERS17 A SUCCESS!
Thanks to all who attended our tenth annual Morning Matters breakfast fundraiser this past Tuesday. The breakfast raises funds to provide exceptional medical care for over 6,500 of Manchester’s children.
This year's keynote speaker, Rona Zlokower, Executive Director of Media Power Youth, shared research and information on the ways in which access to media affects a child's development.
Client speaker Ben Spellman, who was one of the first patients at Child Health Services, spoke about his experience with the late Dr. Selma Deitch, whom he described as a "hero." For the last 10 years, Ben has used his own money and donations to purchase educational toys for our pediatric patients during the holidays.
Longtime supporter and former board member Dr. Sol Rockenmacher joined Dr. Lisa DiBrigida to speak about the importance of the medical home model of care, and invite the community's generosity in supporting Manchester's most vulnerable children.
If you haven't yet made a gift, please consider giving online today.

WE COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU
Manchester Community Health Center is grateful for all the support we receive throughout the year from individuals, foundations, and corporate sponsors. Many of the key "wraparound" services that keep our patients healthy -- like transportation, interpretation and case management -- depend on the generosity of the community to continue. Thank you!
