Online Outreach Card Processing Offers Outreach Trainers Many Benefits

OSHA Outreach Cards Save time by using the OSHA Training Center online Outreach Card Processing System. The online system provides Outreach Trainers many benefits, including:

  • Pre-Printed Cards

10- and 30-hour cards will be returned pre-printed with your name, the students' names and the course end date.

  • Recordkeeping

Access to all of the classes you conducted and the option to check on the status of a card request. A PDF file of the Outreach Report will be created for your records.

  • Faster Processing

No more delays and costs associated with mailing reports. Once a class is entered, paid and approved, your report will be processed and cards mailed for distribution to your students.

For more information on how to use the online system, download the Authorized Trainer Student Processing System User Guide.

Confined Space in Construction Updated Standard Training Materials

As you may already be aware, OSHA has issued a final rule to increase protections for construction workers in confined spaces. Effective August 3, 2015, the rule will provide construction workers in confined spaces with protections similar to those manufacturing and general industry workers have had for more than two decades, with some differences tailored to the construction industry.
