AFMSP's Board of Directors is now recruiting new members (to join on July 1, 2018).  All members of the Alliance Française are welcome to apply - we seek Board candidates that represent all constituencies of the Minnesota francophone community, including but not limited to those from across the age, racial and international spectrum. French Cinema at the Walker: Until the Birds Return 
The Walker Art Center will host filmmaker Karim Moussaoui and present Until the Birds Return (En attendant les hirondelles) on Wednesday, March 28th as a part of a quick Midwest U.S. tour coordinated by the Consulate General of France in Chicago and Cultural Services of the French Embassy. Mizna Arab Film Festival 2018 Tour: Saint Paul Edition
Anti-Muslim, anti-Arab, and anti-immigrant sentiments are nothing new, but at this political and cultural moment, they have reached a dangerous fever pitch. How do we work against this hateful rhetoric? Film has the power to connect people to one another's stories and generate empathy in a powerful way.
