Peter Cheever, P.E., President, has been elected Chairman of the Board. Peter joined LeMessurier in 1976, becoming Vice President in 1991, Executive Vice President in 2006, and President in 2011. Peter is a Registered Professional Engineer in 20 States. His Professional Memberships include: ASCE, ACI, AISC, NISD, and ASCE - Committee on Design of Steel Building Structures (past Chairman).

Mysore Ravindra, P.E., SECB, has been elected Chairman Emeritus. Ravi joined LeMessurier in 1968, becoming President in 1991 and Chairman in 1996. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 22 States and has memberships on several Professional Boards including the Structural Engineering Certification Board; BSCE Section/ASCE; Boston Society of Civil Engineers (Past Senior Vice President, Chairman Structures Group); Boston Association of Structural Engineers; Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts; Loads Advisory Committee Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations & Standards.

Craig Blanchet, P.E., Principal, has been elected to the Board of Directors. Craig joined LeMessurier in 1997, becoming Associate in 2004, and Principal in 2010. Since joining LeMessurier Craig has led with his expertise in advanced modeling and analysis, and in the integration of software to enhance our modeling-analysis-design workflow. His communication skills and talent for managing large projects have led to his success directing some of the firm's most complex designs. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and Colorado. His professional affiliations include: ASCE, BSCE and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

Adam Blanchard, P.E., has been named Associate. Adam joined LeMessurier in 2006. He has a broad range of experience on projects ranging from restoration and repairs of historic structures to high-tech laboratory facilities. He is the author of several articles featuring LeMessurier projects including the MIT Graduate Housing in Modern Steel Construction and the Dartmouth Visual Arts Center in Civil Engineering Magazine. He also serves as an instructor at the Boston Architectural College.

Jennifer Grymek, P.E., LEED AP, has been named Associate. Jenn joined LeMessurier in 2003. She has been integral to the success of many award-winning projects with our firm including Tata Hall at Harvard Business School, and the Cambridge Public Library Addition and Renovation. She is a graduate of Tufts University and has continued her association with Tufts as a Capstone Leader and as a Part-time Lecturer. Jenn has also been an active presenter to young people at the high school and college level to promote Women in Engineering.

Michael Gryniuk, P.E. , has been named Associate. Mike joined LeMessurier in 2005. He has been a key member of the design team on several of our highest profile projects including the Nashua Street Residences tower and the Boston College Commonwealth Avenue Residence Halls. Mike earned his Degrees from Syracuse University and Tufts University and has served as a master's thesis structural advisor and an instructor at The Boston Architectural College.

William Gurley, Controller, has been named Associate. Bill graduated from Babson College in 1994 with a BS degree in Accounting and has over 15 years of experience working in the public accounting business. He worked for DiPesa & Co. in Boston, and King, McNamara & Moriarty in Norwood, before joining LeMessurier in 2010.

Nathan Roy, P.E. , has been named Associate. Nate joined LeMessurier in 2007. He has developed a broad base of experience on several of our more complex projects including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the Boston Public Library Johnson Wing Renovation, the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Vertical Expansion, the Aquarius Gate Towers in Dubai, and the MIT Chiller Plant Expansion. Nate is a graduate of UMass Amherst and has been an instructor at the Boston Architectural College for several years.
