Getting and Using 360-degree Feedback for Your Development Course Objective: This course is designed for participants to obtain a 360-degree assessment conducted on them, based on feedback from their Boss, Superiors, Peers, Direct Reports or Subordinates, & Others in their workplace or professional circle. Two months prior to the class, each participant works with the trainer and a web-based assessment tool to gather ratings on their skills and competencies used in leading others. The Center for Creative Leadership's "Benchmarks" assessment is used to gather the ratings, resulting in a 40-page profile on each course participant. With the feedback received from the profile, each participant initiates a development plan for themselves that they can apply in their work and every-day life.
The one-day course is designed to lead participants toward development of their full potential as a leader and to become as effective as possible in engaging capabilities and performance behaviors valued in today's business climate.
The foundation and definitions of leadership are examined, various leadership theories are proposed and discussed, and the dimensions of leadership are explored along with change, human relations, developing others, performance management, and other leadership variables. Course Length: 1 day
