As you read this edition of the GoodNews Link, please see the announced Pangea Development of a 95-acre  mixed-use commercial development to be located in Edwardsville, Illinois at the southwest corner of the  Interstate 55 and Highway 143 interchange. The project, named Pin Oak Plaza, will be a joint partnership  between C.W. Byron Properties, L.L.C. and Plocher Construction Company with construction scheduled  for Summer 2017. This new development is good news for the area.

O'Fallon breaks ground on multisport complex in Family Sports Park
