The Most Successful Leaders Do 15 Things Automatically, Every Day

Leadership is learned behavior that becomes unconscious and automatic over time.  For example, leaders can make several important decisions about an issue in the time it takes others to understand the question.   Many people wonder how leaders know how to make the best decisions, often under immense pressure.  The process of making these decisions comes from an accumulation of experiences and encounters with a multitude of different circumstances, personality types and unforeseen failures.
If you are looking to advance your career into a leadership capacity and/or already assume leadership responsibilities - here are 15 things you must do automatically, every day, to be a successful leader in the workplace.

Multipliers - How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter

Our colleague, Sue Baillargeon, from CT DOT Training, shared a book with us called "Multipliers - How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter".

In this engaging and highly practical book, leadership expert Liz Wiseman and management consultant Greg McKeown explore two different leadership styles, persuasively showing how Multipliers can have a resounding positive effect on their organizations.

WELCOME Cohort #4 Members!

On January 21, 2016, the T2 Center had a terrific kickoff with the newest members of the Transportation Leadership Program - Cohort # 4. The group left with their first assignment in hand, our traditional book report, and an enthusiasm to get started with their learning modules.

A Gold Star to Pasqualino Bruno for being the first one to turn in his Book Report!  Pasqualino chose the book "You Don't Need a TITLE To Be a Leader" and from his book report, he recommended the book to his fellow members of the TLP.

Look forward to seeing you all soon!

All the Best,
