Book Review by a TLP Cohort #4 Member

This book is a captivating read! A study taken over five years began with twenty-eight corporations and had shown that eleven made the leap from Good to Great.

From the study, I gained a direct perspective of the role of humility in leadership. The main ambition of great leaders is intense focus on the success of their companies, not on themselves.

This is a must read for a person in a leadership role.
