This event is designed for c-suite executives, HR directors, EAP professionals, company owners, and organizational leaders to come together and discuss topics such as employee wellness, burnout, resilience, and employee retention, as well as best practices to create a company culture of self-awareness, self-care, and a shared sense of purpose.

Our keynote speaker is Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and author of the bestselling book: “Permission to Feel,” who works with companies like Facebook, Google and Apple on workplace wellness.

Nolan Williams, MD

Dr. Williams is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the Director of the Stanford Brain Stimulation Lab. Dr. Williams has a broad background in clinical neuroscience and is triple board-certified in general neurology, general psychiatry, as well as behavioral neurology & neuropsychiatry.


Diana Winston

Diana Winston is the Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) She is the author of, The Little Book of Being: Practices and Guidance for Uncovering your Natural Awareness, and the co-author, with Susan Smalley, PhD, of Fully Present, the Science, Art and Practice of Mindfulness.

Baback Gabbay, MD



Dr. Gabbay is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who specializes in the following: substance use and eating disorders; adolescent mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Dr. Gabbay earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and also underwent medical school training at UCLA.
