This incentive  is available for owners reinvesting in Chicago Landmark properties. Guidelines for using the Adopt-a-Landmark incentive have been updated with the adoption of the Neighborhood Opportunity Bonus Program and are available on Landmarks Illinois' website.

Landmarks Illinois' Real Estate and Building Industries Council will honor Cedar Street at our July 25 RBIC event for its this impressive restoration project and others across Chicago.  The event will feature tours of the historic Bush Temple, and guests can learn about Chicago's Adopt-a-Landmark Program.
