Concerned that as you age, your bones may begin to lose strength and resiliency?  Stop worrying -- Dr. Lisa Lilienfield has some great tips on how you can maintain and even increase your bone strength -- without taking the prescription medications that can sometimes cause troublesome side effects.

Lisa Lilienfield, M.D., is board-certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. In addition to specializing in Women's Health and Sports Medicine, she also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine's Department of Community and Family Medicine.
