Signs and symptoms of a visual issue may recur or for the first time manifest themselves. Consider that 80% of what a child learns is presented visually. Most sight (blur) issues may be easily addressed with spectacles or contact lenses. However, approximately 25% of the student population has more involved visual concerns.
