Sessions are 1-hour long.
Sessions held at the Veale Center (*) are only open to CWRU ID holders with access to Veale.
Sessions held at 121 Fitness Center are open to everyone with photo ID.
Only first time participants in Learn to Lift workshops and 1 session per week per person.
