In this small group class, you will learn proper training concepts to
safely and efficiently maximize your potential!
Please note the following:
  • Sessions are 1-hour long.
  • Sessions held at the Veale Center (*) are only open to CWRU ID holders with access to Veale.
  • Sessions held at 121 Fitness Center are open to everyone with photo ID.
  • Only first time participants in Learn to Lift workshops and 1 session per week per person.
  • Space is limited. If a session is closed, email [email protected] to be put on the wait list.
  • Sessions are free! However, there is a $5 late cancellation (within 12-hours) or no-show fee.
