Have you ever wanted to know more about Chinese Medicine? Or, about the importance of internal balance and harmony in order to heal your Mind, Body, and Spirit?

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine have a unique approach to the human body, health, and wellness that is different from conventional medicine.

On Thursday, February 20, Rebecca Berkson will introduce us to one of the fundamental concepts in Chinese medicine: Zang Fu, or the "organ system."

The theory, diagnosis, and treatments of common patterns of symptoms will be discussed, including what you can do at home for your own health. See how this medicine, which has been practiced for over 2,000 years, is still relevant today.

This lecture is open to the public, but seating is limited so please rsvp by calling (703) 532-4892.

Light refreshments will be served.
