At Sarah's Science we make learning science fun!

Our philosophy is that children (and adults) learn best by doing. All programs feature hands-on projects built by each child to engage and delight them while making it easy to understand even complex science concepts. Join us for our 22nd summer and learn why readers of Parents' Press and Bay Area Parent have given us their vote for Best Summer Camp!

In addition to traditional camp activities like swimming, games, nature hikes, and arts and crafts, campers make and take home a fun science project each day. A science note accompanies each project and is a great way to continue the learning at home. Our goal is for every child to have a summer filled with outrageous fun in a beautiful, natural setting.

Sarah's Science offers weekly sessions in Berkeley and Oakland from June 12-August 25. Join us for hands-on science fun all year with camps during school breaks, evening an weekend workshops, and after school enrichment classes throughout the Bay Area.

Steve & Kate's Camp

At Steve & Kate's, we believe that when you trust kids, they learn to trust themselves. So we built a summer day camp that puts kids in charge of making their own choices, so that they can develop the confidence to reach their creative potential.

Instead of restricting campers with a rigid structure, we give kids the freedom to choose what they want to do, whether that's music, bread-making, fashion, filmmaking, coding, sports, or pie-throwing.

Steve & Kate's is a world liberated from adult judgments and expectations, where campers can be themselves and grow in ways we can't imagine.
