Here's a good argument to switch from individual modulating-condensing boilers to district heating in social housing. It's from the UK. Note the business about mod-cons lasting only 10 years and some tenants not allowing inspectors into the apartments to do annual service during those years. Everything old is new again.

Well, at least if you live in Oklahoma. Just cut the grass in a long, straight strip, maybe put up a windsock, and then register it as a private airport. They government will support your claim. And isn't that hilarious?
