Congratulations from the Pittsburgh Marathon Group, The Liberty Mile and USATF Three Rivers Youth Committee. You have been identified as a potential Junior Elite Distance runner thru the USATF developmental system. We are pleased to invite you to participate in the LIBERTY MILE JR ELITE WAVE. You along with others from the USATF Three Rivers Association Youth Developmental Program will have an opportunity to showcase your talents in the country's fastest one mile road race! You will get to meet professional runners at a dinner to be held on July 31, 2014. (Details to follow) You will also have the opportunity to compete against other JR Elite runners from local area schools. This is a great opportunity to finish off your season after returning from the USATF National Junior Olympics!

The awards for the event are as follows:

• Fastest Athlete: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards for the fastest 3 males and fastest 3 females
• Fastest Team: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards - based on each team's top 3 finishing times
• Fastest Average: Team with the fastest average will receive an End of Summer Party
