Re-Enrollment is Now Open!
Re-Enrollment is now open! Thank you to the many families that have already taken the time to complete their re-enrollment online!

As a reminder, both parents are required to sign the Enrollment Contract, which requires a Veracross account. Earlier today we sent out another invite to parents who have yet to sign onto Veracross.  This invite went to the email address we have on file. If you have received a reminder, please take a moment to activate your account. If you have any questions regarding your Veracross account,  please contact Holly Johnson at
hjohnson@valleychristianschools.org.

Field Trip to The University of California, Davis for the Class of 2018
Today the Counseling Office organized a college visit to The University of California, Davis for the Class of 2018.  Students toured the campus and visited downtown Davis for lunch before heading back to school.

The purpose of the college tour is to give students an opportunity to see first hand what the university has to offer and get a feel for campus life. We hope this will be the first of a series of opportunities for our students to visit different campuses this spring! Thank you to our parent drivers and chaperones who helped to make this a wonderful experience for our students.

Safety Update
Our Safety Committee held our first after school hours evacuation drill for the Elementary and Preschool students to test protocols in an off-hours situation.  Our students and staff performed beyond expectations of the committee by evacuating and accounting for everyone in less than six minutes.

Performing Arts Field Trip
On January 12 our Middle School Theater class and the cast of Anatomy of Gray took a field trip to see The Amazing Story of Adolphus Tips at the Berkeley Repertory Theater. See a review of the play here from our very own Ava Menges.
