What if you had a guide...

To guarantee you a longer life?

To prevent heart disease?

To feel stronger and healthier now and later?

To provide a better quality of life as you invest in your relationships and life goals?

Live Better. Embrace Health with Life’s Simple Seven.

Join us for an action-packed look at the American Heart Association’s Life’s Simple 7! Through a series of round table discussions, Josh, Amanda, and Leigh will highlight some SMALL changes that can make a BIG difference in your overall health. If you know your numbers (blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, BMI), bring them with you! If not, come anyway and learn why knowing your numbers is the first step toward enjoying a healthier life.
Health Screenings will be offered Monday, April 16 th  from 8-10am in the Fitness Center Oasis Room. Just show up when the time is convenient for you. These numbers, while helpful when you attend the presentation, are not required.
