Leaving a Legacy of Love
Many people are faced with health decisions for themselves or family when a serious medical diagnosis has been made or an unexpected accident has occurred. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, confused, and not in control. Being aware of your end-of-life wishes and talking about them with your family is difficult, but so important. A good death is something we all hope to have.

This free, five-part series is lead by two retired hospice nurses. Other presenters will include a grief counselor, an attorney, a funeral director, and a hospice/palliative care physician.
