National Military Appreciation Month is celebrated every May and is a declaration that encourages U.S. citizens to say thank you. Thank you to the men and women who serve and to their families for sacrifice so much. Hand written notes and cards of gratitude from kids is a great way to say 'thank you'. A group of students from Arcola Intermediate school in Eagleville created 50 Peace & Smiles Boxes ® at a recent event at the school. These boxes will be delivered to pediatric patients in various hospitals in the area. Thanks to the group for spreading Peace & Smiles to so many! Great job Arcola!

Jonah knows how important our Peace & Smiles Boxes ® are for children in need and kids in the hospital. So he and his mom have made it their mission to collect cereal boxes for The Giving Tree. Well over a hundred as a matter of fact! Way to go Jonah!
