Showcasing Climate Solutions at the Bonn Climate Change Conference
Three of our previous Lighthouse Activity winners, Fairphone , Redavia and Earth Roofs in the Sahel , showcased their clean energy solutions at the Bonn Climate Change Conference in May.

Participants heard that these activities are not just addressing climate change, but are creating green jobs, improving lives and fostering partnerships that lead to creative ideas that are scalable, innovative and replicable.

For example, since winning a Momentum for Change Award in 2014, Earth Roofs in the Sahel's Nubian Vault building technique has been included in the  Intended Nationally Determined Contributions  of Burkina Faso and Senegal.

WATCH : A new video released this week takes a look at how Fairphone has produced the world's first smartphone that puts sustainability first.
